My Chitti Online Shopping Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy
Welcome to My Chitti! We are registered at Door No. LIG 134, Tuda Quarters, Mangalam, Tirupati (Rural), Chittoor-517507, Andhra Pradesh. “We,” “us,” “our,” “Chitti,” “My Chitti Technologies PVT LTD,” and “My Chitti” refer to the entity managing and operating the mobile application/website MyChitti.net (collectively referred to as "My Chitti Online Shopping Platform"). This cancellation, return, and refund policy ("Policy"), together with the Terms of Use, outlines the conditions for cancellation, return, and refund of products listed and sold on My Chitti Online Shopping and its mobile and tablet applications ("My Chitti Online Shopping"). The products listed and sold on My Chitti Online Shopping will be referred to herein as "Products."
1. Applicability of Policy
By using My Chitti Online Shopping and/or initiating a purchase request for Product(s) on My Chitti Online Shopping, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy without modification. If you do not agree to the terms, you are advised not to transact on My Chitti Online Shopping.
Please note, we may change the terms of this Policy from time to time. Every time you use My Chitti Online Shopping, please review the Policy to ensure you understand the current terms and conditions.
2. Terms of Cancellation
(a) You may cancel an order prior to the dispatch of the Product by My Chitti or the seller. Once dispatch has been initiated, the order cannot be cancelled.
(b) Cancellation requests can be made from the "My Orders" section using the order tracking number, by calling customer care, or via other methods as informed by My Chitti.
(c) Upon receipt of a cancellation request, your order will be cancelled immediately, and the refund process will be initiated within 24 hours of confirmation.
3. Terms of Return and Refund
(a) You may initiate the return of Products within the timelines and under the conditions stipulated in Annexure A (refer to the table at the end of this Policy). The return request will be accepted if it meets the terms outlined in this Policy. My Chitti will not process returns for incorrect product models, colours, or items ordered in error.
(b) If you receive a Product eligible for return, please register a return request immediately on the My Chitti platform. We will verify if:
(a) The defects or damages are acceptable or
(b) The defects, damages, or non-compliance occurred due to our fault.
After verification, we will accept or reject the return request at our discretion. We may ask for images of the damaged or defective product or arrange for our personnel to assess the issue. Based on the assessment, we will resolve the issue accordingly.
(c) Upon verification of the returned Product, the refund will be processed within 1 business day. The refund will be credited to the original payment method or to your My Chitti Wallet, depending on your choice. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider's terms.
(d) For Products purchased using "Cash on Delivery," refunds will be credited to your bank account (based on the details provided by you) if the Product was sold by a third-party seller. If the sale was conducted by My Chitti, the refund will be processed into your My Chitti Wallet. We do not provide cash refunds.
(e) Refunds will be processed within 15 working days, depending on your payment method. In some cases, banks or payment intermediaries may take longer to process the refund. If the refund does not occur within the specified time, you can contact us, and we will assist you.

You may return the product if it is damaged, defective, not working, or missing parts, or if the product delivered differs from the product description on My Chitti online Shopping.
We will accept returns if the product is in its original condition with the brand outer box, MRP tags attached, user manual, warranty cards, and original accessories for a successful return pickup.
Fruit & Vegetables

24 Hours Returnable
Products in this category are non-returnable due to their consumable nature. However, if you have concerns about quality, freshness, physical condition, or wrong delivery, you may return the product upon doorstep delivery for these reasons.
Requests for refunds after 24 hours of delivery will be rejected.
